Retail Fashion Store in the suburbs of Colombo, Sri Lanka
This vibrant facade is created with simple movements of panels that show a unique display of architecture. the whole experience of shopping is made totally different when the light shines through perforation on the panels attracting the fashion-loving customers. Retail & Office Building, Colombo-04 architect: MSN
This elegant façade is located in the heart of Colombo, the commercial hub of Sri Lanka, boasts a uniquely designed facade with Aluminium carving with Wallspan PERF-CLAD, this beautiful culturally rich design is created using hundreds of carefully crafted aluminium panels. For better performance, it is coated with PVDF coating in a champagne bronze colour to increase the lifespan of the product. A concealed fixing system combined with the unique design has attracted some internationally renowned tenants for the building owner, a great way to increase rental income and good tenants.
Glits clothing store- Mount Lavinia
Glits clothing retail store has built a reputation for fashionable clothing and accessories in Sri Lanka. Replacing the old building with multi-level cladding walls was a real challenge. Getting the right material was even more critical to make sure the safety of the building and customers. These are some important reasons why Glitz chose to use Wallspan facade material; among them are creating a safe and elegant lit-up facade that draws the attention of traffic on the country’s main Gall road. Perforation is done using Solid aluminium for better look, safety and longevity, while the solid panels are ALUCOPANEL FR ACP cladding material and red LIght-Clad from Germany created a completely new look for the store.

IT faculty building of University of Moratuwa- Diyagama, Homagama
The front façade of IT faculty of the University of Moratuwa, witnessed a simple, elegant and a lifetime perforated façade being the first-ever Zinc Façade in Sri Lanka. The vertically running solid standing seam Pigmento Red panels mixed with perforated standing-seam Pigmento Orange panels provide most needed aesthetics and performance of 80 to 100 years for the country’s leading University that produce future engineers. The Titanium- Zinc perforated façade provides high performance and fewer maintenance requirements, which provide a perfect fit for this multi-stories building. It’s a single skin façade system with no use of silicon makes it able to live 100 years with no flows.
