It’s located in a place and on a road that connects many important government offices, University of Colombo, BMICH convention Centre, country’s main broadcasting corporation and high-end shopping arcade to name a few.

Creating a unique facade that suits the local culture and tradition is important to maintain harmony with the neighborhood. Wallspan helped the architect and the client by choosing the correct non-combustible material and provided a well-engineered concealed framing system to make sure the overall pattern on the facade is not disturbed and becomes the central attraction.
Wallspan PERF-CLAD system consisting of solid Aluminum (non-combustible) panels with rounded corners with special PVDF coating to have long-lasting color fastness was achieved for this special project. Thanks to the unique facade this building has attracted some world-renown tenants for this client.
