When discussing high-rise buildings, safety, aesthetics and performance are significant in creating comfortable living spaces. The fire safety of buildings has failed on multiple occasions around the world due to non-standard cladding materials being installed on buildings. As a facade specialist, we would not recommend cladding material with lower fire ratings. The minimum for high rises FR rating should be either Euro Class A1 or A2. ALUCOPANEL by Wallspan offers Euro class A1 and A2 for high rises and we also have class B for other applications. Non-FR material is also offered where there is no fire risk.
